Norska Wobbler kommer och besöker oss lördag 22:a november med dom lokala proghjältarna i Exit Stage Left som förband.
WOBBLER
Formed in Hønefoss in 1999 and harbouring a burning desire to create, or perhaps recreate, some of
the musical expressions of the early 70s, WOBBLER have grown to become one of Norway’s leading
symphonic progressive rock bands with an extensive following amongst progressive rock
connoisseurs, not only in Scandinavia, but also throughout Europe and North America.
WOBBLERs use of both vintage and modern instruments allow the band to compose and play music
that is multi-flavoured, adventurous, and enigmatic. From one song to the next, WOBBLERs edgy
guitar riffs can just as easily turn into poignant melodies, whilst melancholic and harmonious verses
can give way to powerful crescendos. Is that a spinet you can hear in their music? And the odd touch
of Flamenco and Italian recitals? Yes it is!
With three albums under their belts, and extensive stage experience in Europe and North America,
WOBBLER signed with Norways Karisma Records in 2017 for the release of their fourth full-length
album "From Silence to Somewhere" in October of the same year.

With the release of their fifth full-length album Dwellers of the Deep in 2020 WOBBLER cemented
their status as one of the most interesting and diverse progressive rock bands today. More avantgarde than their previous outputs while maintaining the many-levelness which has been WOBBLER’s
staple from the beginning, the album got raving reviews:

EXIT STAGE LEFT:
Det uppmärksammade Boråsbaserade bandet Exit Stage Left, vilka tagit sitt namn från Rush legendariska livealbum, släppte debutplattan Appleberry Tree den 31 Mars 2023. Musiken är inspirerad av 70-80-talets progrock med influenser som Rush, Yes, Deep Purple, Genesis, Pink Floyd med flera.
